Retrieving quick parts information - it's gone missing...

My Boss just caled me and asked if I could restore his quick parts information.

This was installed by one of my techies a few months ago.

Where is the Quick part infomation stored and how can I check if it can be restored ?

likely his normalemail.dot file was overwritten.
