How can I detect Exchange mailboxes that have forwarders set.

I have about 13,000 mailboxes and need to find out which of these mailboxes have email forwarders on them. Could anyone please assist me on this issue?

This should help you to find the mailboxes which have alternate recipient (forwarder) set in AD
