I am following these two tutorial :

http://koo.fi/tech/2008/06/08/hp-array-configuration-and-diagnostic-utilities-on-linux/
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib2/software1/pubsw-linux/p414707558/v47111/hpacucli-8.10-2.noarch.txt

After running hpacucli command, its saying :
HP Array Controller configuration Unitlity CLI 8.10-2.0
Detecting controller ... done

after getting the command prompt , when i am tryping as those tutorial saying
>> ctrl all show status
I am getting response like this : Error : No controller detected

but start of these program it said, Detecting controller done. so why its sayin now , no controller detected,

Hi,

I guess you havea hardware RAID this is why you can't reach it through hpacucli.

All you need to do is reboot your system and run ServeRAID application from the CD. Then Rebuild your RAID volume.

Only after fixing it you'll be able to access it via hpacucli.

Will you please post the cotents of /proc/mdstat ?

Cheers,
K.
