The error occurred after trying to apply a new patch to the iSeries V5R4 system through the network drive.
OS Windows XP professional. Profile of the user set to an administrator. Tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling it again - getting the same error message. Performed clean up, defrag, nothing helps, still getting the same error message.

Cityoffortpierce:

Since [OK] is the only button, what happens next?

Does this system have anti-virus active? Is a Windows or other software firewall active? Both should probably be disabled during the install/upgrade.
