Add combobox using XSL

I need to add a dropdown box with values 123,234,235 using XSL.How do i do it?

Simple, within a template just put the following lines of code
<select id="yourID" name="yourName">
   <option value="123">123</option>
   <option value="234">234</option>
   <option value="235">235</option>
</select>
