Outlook stops on calander entry when trying to apply time zone move

when applying the outlooktimezonemove.exe permanent time zone move or daylight savings move it keeps on getting stuck on one record. 1316 of 1455. it does not give any error messages nor does it crash. it just sits there. does any one know of this problem and how to fix it?

If you are using an XP machine, do you have the DST update:

Also - for Office 2003 - do you have all the updates installed (including SP3)?
