Just got a new laptop, OS is Vista. I installed Norton 360. It is the latest version. On my profile [owner], I am able to right click files and scan just that file. However, on other profiles, the "Norton 360" option doesn't even appear. I have them set to the administrator level, but no luck. What could be causing this? What should I try?

You shouldn't have to use it on the other files. As long as you can the C:/ drive you scan everyone ;p
