1. You need assign a static ip for the Dns server and make the gateway same as the network gate way
2. setup your dns server using  the  wizard and insert the same name as the domain ns
3. ensure the dns points to the domain  sever, if not create an A record on the dns
4. on the  Domain ensure that the dns server ip is the internal one
5. on the Dns insert in ip forwarding the isp dns servers
