Hi,
I am trying to renew a certificate on iis 6 so we can get the Exchange Push email happening. The problenm I have is that the Server certificate button is greyed out. I have followed the instructions in the http://support.microsoft.com/kb/306667/en-us article however the button remains greyed out.

To get a replacement cert, create a new site and do it from there, then after installing it to the temp site go to your main site and select 'replace cert' option.
Also, make sure that you have the correct item highlighted - try the site name's properties, e.g. DefaultFirstSite.
