Is there any schedule job (i.e. execute some some SQL statement on a specific time) on SQL Server 2008 Express ?

Not the SQL agent is a service and not part of Express. But you can write your SQL code and use the command line routine OSQL to run up your sql statements. Those batch jobs can be scheduled using Windows task scheduler...

Check the osql command line in Books On Line : http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms162806.aspx

There is also the sqlcmd version which is meant to be the latest and greates, but found osql to be more like a "query window" on disk, meaning,  create your queries intereactively, then save it to disk as a script file then use OSQL to run that script file. Put that osql command line in a windows batch (or command) and then schedule the batch job...
