Start, Run, change user /install
install your application and all updates
Start, run, change user /execute

Start Presentation Server Console
right-click Applications
new application
follow the screens and fill in the necessary info
unless your application requires sound, I would uncheck "enable legacy audio"
add the server or servers you have installed the application to
add the groups or, if needed, the users who are allowed to access the application
finish

Now your users should be able to login to the Web Interface and see the newly published application

Let me know if that is not enough detail to get you started.

Acutally I CMC (in CItrix XP) I can publish it.. In MP4.0 I have "CItrix presentation server console" and ther eI can see one tab called "Installation Manager".. Do I need install it from there..

Note:- Actually in earlier version (Citrix XP), while right click on applicaiton I can see the "New application" . But here I am not able to see the "New applicaiton " after right click.

No, Installation Manager is another beast.  You do NOT need it for publishing an application.

I'm powering up my 4.x lab.  'll get back to you in a few minutes on the New Application stuff.

You are in the wrong console.  Open Access management Console and try from there.
