Cannot copy paste in rdp machine

Cannot copy paste data or even text into the same rdp machine itself no to my local computer please help me !

Make sure the clipboard <local devices and resources <options is checked. see the picture.
also try
Shift+Insrt
or
CTRL+V

i am using xp ..there is no local resources tab for me !
