Adobe CS4 get error when extracting 7z file

I re-downloaded 4 times and get same error message.  I also downloaded it to the desktop as advised and turned off Symantec Anti-virus and still get the same error.

I would try one of the following things:

1. Try a different connection, perhaps your connection at home instead of at work.
2. Try a local ISP or local hotspot.
3. At least try a different computer on the network.
4. Ask Adobe to mail a trial version CD??? (not sure if they'd do that)

I seriously doubt that it's an Adobe problem, but perhaps download software on your computer is corrupting the file.

They sent me a CD to do the install and that worked.
