how to get splash screen to go away

I have several computers on a network segment that uses wireless connections. the network does not broadcast the ID. I use an aegis configuraiton to log on to the network. this part is working. the hardware portion is dlink wireless cards. they are working fine. however, the splash screen for the dlink wireless network configuration comes up to ask for the ssid. there is none. the users do not need to configure this. how can i disable the spash screen? it does not show up in the start up menu. I have looked for regestry entries but did not find it.

Well, really there is one.  Not broadcasting it is not the same as it not having one.

What's the name of the client program?

Can you find the name of the D-Link configuration program?

e.g.  ACU.exe? AIRPLUS.exe? OpManagerStartupClasses.jar? StartWiFiManagerClient.bat? et al?

i did find it. it was dlink.exe. what i did try is renaming it to dlink.old and it did not come up and the computer is now functioning fine. (I hope)
