I am running Outlook 2007 with Office 2003, one of our users who was just recently upgraded to Outlook2007 started getting the following error "Outlook has encountered a problem you will not be able to undo this actions once it is completed. Do you want to continue?" when trying to paste a screen shot.  It gives you the option of clicking yes or no. Clicking either option pastes the image but when you click send the following message appears "Can not send."

It turns out that the issue was caused by the Outlook signature. Outlook 2007 copies over the Outlook 2003 signature causing formatting issues. Simply delete the old signature and create one in Outlook 2007 and it fixes the issue.
