Can't use WDS on new server

I have a fully configured and working WDS server at one of my sites. I have a Domain controller on another site which I want to use for WDS too. I have set up WDS with exactly the same settings as the first site, and then set DFSR to replicate the images between the sites.

All seemed to work well, but when I try to boot to the boot image on the new site Windows PE freezes on the blue/green "Please Wait" screen.  Why does it work on one server and not the other? It boots ok, so the difficult bit should be sorted, but it hangs just before giving me the first options screen, i.e. the language selection screen.

What could be blocking this?

Thanks

It seems like the computer can boot from the boot image ok, but as soon as it gets to the point where it has to contact the WDS server againg from within WinPE it stops. How does it contact the wds server? What can I do to troubleshoot this?

2Gb RAM, and permissions are all exactly the same as on the working server, IO've been over them with a fine-toothed comb.

Reinstalled the Server from scratch WITHOUT using the Dell installation assistant disk, and it all works perfectly. Don't know what the problem was but that is the last time I use any Dell utilities. Thanks for your help though.
