Cisco IP Phone "Power Save" features

I have a Cisco CallManager Express system with about 75 phones, varing from 7940's to 7970's.
I've been requested to set the phones so the screen's backlight come on earlier than they are currently set.
It is a feature in the Power Save Configuration on the phones themselves. However, I can set them system wide from the CME.

I've done it once before, and set them to 7:30AM but now need to set them to come on earlier. The setting itself is "Display On Time". My problem is that I set it SO long ago, I don't remember where it is/how to set it. I've looked in my training manuals, and online, but cannot find it anywhere.

Hi, it's the 'service phone' parameter you change under telephony services.  Here is the link that shows you all the parameters to change the backlight settings.  Let me know if you have any problems with this link:
