Outlook is displaying stranger error and I don't know to resolve it.

We have about 50 workstations with office 2007 SP1. We are running Exchange 2007. I haven't installed SP1 yet. I've had 2 workstations display a dialog box with the following error:

"The file C:\Documents and Settings\cmills\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.ost cannot be accessed because another workstation has modified it. Close and restart all mail-enabled applications. You might need to restart your computer"

In one case it was displayed when the employee tried to "snooze" a reminder.

I've never seen this before.
