Adding long and latitude to the url on an emdedded google map

Ok here is my site  www.nexodom.com/website/map.php

I am trying to add longitude and latitude to that map so when i make varibles i can just put them into the url and it goes to the designated place. I tried somthing like map.php?=lon=blah blah, i tried somthing like that but just doesnt move. So how can i acheive this?

Here is how the link should look.
http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=-35.283130,149.113580&spn=0.005025,0.008500&t=h

what follows "maps?ll=" is the lat and lon sepparated by a comma.

the "&spn=0.005025" is the zoom amount.
