SSL v2 Fails Audit how to upgrade to SSL v3

I have a client that is using a SBS2003 server. They need to do credit card transactions with their bank. The bank had them run a security audit on their server and they failed that audit because their server is using SSL v2 instead of SSL v3. Can someone provide me with the steps it takes in order to upgrade their SSL to version 3
