Why is my ping time too high?? Why it gives me slow connection to my server

I had being told of having a very slow connection to a server ERP aplication we have at work, so i tried to ping the server and i gives me high times at ping.

What could be causing these problem, my ISP speed seems to be ok cause a navegate thru the web without problems or at least it seems no to slowdown.

Check the file and you will see there is high times a very low ping times or at least what i consider normal times.

Have some other network at another place an we have no problems connecting to the same server.

What could be the problem??

Hope anyone may help me solved this issue!!
