I had being told of having a very slow connection to a server ERP aplication we have at work, so i tried to ping the server and i gives me high times at ping.

What could be causing these problem, my ISP speed seems to be ok cause a navegate thru the web without problems or at least it seems no to slowdown.

Check the file and you will see there is high times a very low ping times or at least what i consider normal times.

Have some other network at another place an we have no problems connecting to the same server.

What could be the problem??

Hope anyone may help me solved this issue!!

Could be a lot of things but the first thing i would check would be your ports configuration, firewall, etc make sure nothings getting blocked that shouldn't be.

Another possibility could be bad cable i have known cables that have been bent to much or run along side power cables slow down network speeds a lot. the best and easiest way to check this is with one of the more advanced Ethernet cable testers but these can be quite expensive i think it is possible to find pc software that can do a similar job.

hope this helps.

Here is a tracert to the server

Traza a x.x.x.x sobre caminos de 30 saltos como m ximo.

Even though the comment gave me clues of what it could be it did not solve my problem.
