I am trying to run report builder on a named sq server 2005 instance on my local machine.

But it keeps telling me I need to install .net frame work 2.0

I do have both 1.1 and 2.0 isntalled

I checked iis and the asp.net version for reportserver is set to 2.0.50727

Is there some configuration I am missing?

I really don't want to have to install .net 2.0 again because I've done that before and it messes up my applications that run on the 1.1 framework.
