Unusual Mail Traffic in IMSA Mail gateway

Hi.. I am using IMSA 5000 Appliance as my Mail Gateway. I recently found Unusual Mail traffic. When I checked the Delivery Que status I found 500 mails going outside and My Network Monitor reported 900 MB SMTP traffic in one hour.  When I took mail tracking Logs there was 17,000 Mails and 90 % of it quarentined. But I found a lot of mail which has "From" and "To" address is foreign address, Means my gateway is used for Spam mailing. But I enables Mail relay restrictions by IP address level. Why this is happened? Any solution? My legitimate traffic is suffering by this.
Also  is there any method in IMSA to view the Delivery queue? In GUI console it is not possible. In CLI, is it possible? My OS is Linux based.

There is no way to view the delivery  que in IMSA
