Hi , i want to set up a launch browser in the smart/sim card. I am developing it using Eclipse IDE,(JACG),Java card,
If  the user selects a particular item in the menu, it should immediately launch a browser with a specific URl.
For ex: if the user selects, Hello item, it should launch a browser http://hello.net
Can any one tell me how to set up the launch browser. Please help me. Thanks in Advance.

In eclipse
Go to "Run" menu -> then to External tools" on the bottom -> then to "External tools configurations -> then on the left you have "program" branch right click it to add "New item
"New External tool configuration" window will open
In the "name" box put:
Run IE
In the "Location" box put:
"c:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" or the location to your other favorite browser
In the "Arguments" box put :
${string_prompt}
Then click "apply" and close
You can run this new Launcher from the "run external tool" icon on the main toolbar Or :
Go to "Run" menu -> then to External tools" -> "run IE" menu
This will launch the browser and it will prompt you for the requested url
If the url comes from other source (variable etc) you can click the "variables" button on the "New External tool configuration" window

Hope it will help
Sharon
