Right click on mouspad and external mouse not working

I have a Sony Vaio where the right click on the laptops mousepad doesn't work, but the strange thing is that when i plug in an external usb mouse the right click still doesn't work.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Try this, set the Value to 1 in the registry
