How do I access my email remotely with SBS2003?

How do I access my email remotely with SBS2003 running Exchange? The domain name is roscrea2000.com. SMTP port 25 is open and everything is working just fine. I just don't know how to go about configuring the system in order for users to access their email when they are not in the office. I know it uses OWA but after that I'm lost. Thanks.

OWA works internally no problem. It's an Internet thing I think.
Check your firewall - it may be blocking the port (25 for http, and 443 for https by default)
According to 'Shields Up' web site my port 443 is blocked. When I go to log in to the default gateway it asks for a username and password which nobody seems to know. Do you believe that if I eventually manage to log in to this router and attempt to unblock port 443 that OWA will just start working?
Or could port 443 be blocked on the server?

Right. It could be a while before I can get the credentials for the router. What should I do? Close the question and give you the points and hope for the best or wait and see. Hmmm.
Although I have been unable to unblock port 443 from the router I feel obliged to close the question.
