Receive a file in from diferents websites

I have a client who will send me a xml file with some transactions made by him. I want to create
a website that will receive these files by http and save the file in the server.

How could I receive these files in page?

I tried to do this to receive the bytes by it failed.

any sugestions

I changed the "id" to "name" ant it worked
