Somehow the original nk2 was replaced by another one. There is no copy of another file there. A quick history: User called me and said that she is trying to send an email to someone in the company, but the name is not resolving. I realized she was using an old GAB. So I took Outlook out of cached mode, and downloaded the new address book. Outlook was not receiving the latest addresses from the GAB while in cached mode, so I took it out of cached mode, downloaded the updates, then put it back in cached mode. Today, she is not getting the auto complete, and when I looked at the nk2 file, it was very small, even though it had a created date two years ago. The modified date is today. Can I get that original nk2 file back? What if I do a system restore, will that put the file back?
