Drawing toolbar causes MS Office to freeze

When we open the drawing tool bar it causes the freezing the MS Office for mac

How are you doing?

First - make sure you have the most current update version (12.1.3):
http://www.microsoft.com/mac/downloads.mspx
If this does not solve it... try below

Try these two:
http://word.mvps.org/mac/MacWordNormal.html
http://word.mvps.org/Mac/DamagedPrefs.html

Hopefully this helps... if not... I hate to say it, but it is both a KNOWN issues and one that WILL be resolved... I am sure in the not to distant future!
