Faxing error Asterisk-1.2.22 - hylafax-4.3.4-1r - iaxmodem-0.3.0

Hi

have a linux machine where i install last year Asterisk-1.2.22 - hylafax-4.3.4-1r  - iaxmodem-0.3.0 and i was sending the invoices of my company true
since last week
it give me errors and problems

this are the messages that i am geting

not much times i get this message Unspecified Transmit Phase C error
a lot of times i get this message  No answer (T.30 T1 timeout)
a lot of times i get this message  No response to PPS repeated 3 times.
and almos all the time  i get this message No answer from remote

for example
i dial the number 1234567
some times i get this Unspecified Transmit Phase C error
other times i get this Unspecified No answer (T.30 T1 timeout)
other times i get this Unspecified No answer from remote
but some times i get was completed successfully

alll this on the same number on diferent atempts
if i dial the number from my phone always it pick up a fax

of 20 faxes that send just 1 or 2 get send

i my configuration i have 3 atempts for each call
always the 1 attempt fail with one of the previous messages
the second time give me a diferent message

i am going nuts
