ASpnetdb.mdf to sql server 2000

I have created a local aspnetdb.mdf with the configuration utility in visual studio 2008.

How do I get that database information over to my remote sql server 2000 database?

Isn't there a way to use the sql server Import and Export utility to import the mdf files?
