ASpnetdb.mdf to sql server 2000

I have created a local aspnetdb.mdf with the asp.net configuration utility in visual studio 2008.

How do I get that database information over to my remote sql server 2000 database?

I am not attaching to a desktop engine. I am trying copy the entire mdf to my sql server 2000.

I know, and still this article shows you how to copy the mdf & log file and attach them to your sql 2000 database.

Okay, I had a chance to go through it. None of that makes sense to me.
Isn't there a way to use the sql server Import and Export utility to import the mdf files?
