I have several Windows 2003 IIS servers.<br />
I want to give the developers access to start/stop select services, and view the event logs.<br />
I was thinking via an MMC console, but can't figure out how to limit their access to only select services and not be able to do anything else on the server.<br />

How to allow developer access to select services and logs?

Windows Server 2003 was based on Windows XP and was released in four editions: Web, Standard, Enterprise and Datacenter. It also had derivative versions for clusters, storage and Microsoft’s Small Business Server.
