Make sure you are using the correct printer driver for the model. Verify it is PCL 6 or 5e.
Are you installing it via a network connection or direct by USB?
Open the registry and do a search for the Share Name. You will find its location there. You could also search for the Kyocera name.
C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers will have whatever driver setup for the printer. Find the correct one and delete it as well.
Once you have done that, if you created a standard TCP/IP port for the printer's IP delete that too.
Start fresh. Make sure to use the SBS Add Printer wizard to install both the printer and the TCP/IP Port. Make sure the port's settings are setup according to the manufacturer's preferences.
Make sure you have a reservation in DHCP for the printer using the printer's MAC address. It is preferable to use DHCP with a reservation for your printer configuration needs. It makes things a little easier in the long run to manage printers and their locations.
