why not working with C++ classes? (STL)

so, I guess you have to implement the vector class by yourself, right?

the vector part is not crucial to the assignment. it is about sockets, threads and synchronisation. they provided a vector header file which is optional to use. i'm allowed to use a vector from the internet as long as i reference the source
