Outlook Web Access displaying the error "No authority could be contacted for authentication" when trying to login

Hello all recently my when i've been trying to login to Microsoft Outlook Web Access i've been getting the error "No authority could be contacted for authentication" this comes after entering my username and password over three to five times. But i have no login issues into my network when using my credentials.
I'm currently running an Exchange 2003 Server with service pack 2 loaded on it. The operating system is Windows server 2003 Standard.

Does anyone have an idea on how to correct this issue?

So you don't usually use OWA? Has this ever worked? Are you using SSL? Can any users connect to OWA?

No owa was working util the main domain controller crashed. Since the dc has come back online the owa function has been giving off this error. No there's no ssl enabled and some uvers keep trying to connect and then eventully get connected.

Is exchange getting the ntds updates from the DC? Is replication ok?
Have tried to rebuild your Virtual Server in IIS? I did this not so long ago but it will rule out any issues there http://support.microsoft.com/kb/883380. I used option 1 and it was simple.
