Instructions on how to install Tomcat 6.0.18 on RHEL 5

Can someone provide the exact instructions on how to do this?

Also, I have the 5.5.23 version that comes with RHEL5 by default... can they co-exist on the same system or is it recommended to remove the 5.5 version before proceeding?
