hi,when in trying to remove the Math Type Add In the tad in gray

Hi all,
i tried to uninstall\remove Math Type Add In from word but with no success
In the attached below the error message ,

As the error states the Math Type DLL is missing; so you are unable to remove it. If you reinstall the Math Type program you should then be able to remove it. Then if you wish you can uninstall the Math Type program.
