I have a HP dx2300 .running Windows 2000 .
Id like to add a pci dual video card.
The one which is recommended (ATI Radeon x1300 ) seem to be no longer made.

What pci Express dual video card would work in this pc?

Depends on how big the power supply is. If you got the juice, any of them will probably work.
Other wise I would look for something around the ATI 2600s or the nVidia 66/6800s to start with.
