My Server stopped working suddenly today morning???

Dear Experts,
Please help me with this problem. Yesterday my server was OK and everything was perfect. Today morning I found the whole company can not send or recieve any email no local and no external. when I send email from my outlook I find it in the sent items but the other person dones'nt receive any thing. I tried to restart the server nothing work. I checked the system manager and found in the Queue. there are over 118 messages awaiting dirctory lookup or something like that

please help me

Hi,

Have you checked your exchange services?
How is your environment configured?
Have you checked event log application on exchange, event log on DNS ?
Have you tried nslookup?
Are there routers somewhere in your environment ?
