I need to back up Team Foundation Server

I have a bunch of source code on Team Foundation Server but will be selling the server any day now.  I need to find a way to save the source code and history to a file so I can put it on a DVD.  Then in the near future I'd like to restore the files to another copy of TFS running on another server.

Does anyone know how I can do this?

Thanks,
