Just replaced the mobo on a pc and now windows wont allow me to login until i activate but i cant activate until i load the nic drivers

Just replaced the mobo on a pc and now windows wont allow me to login until i activate it but i cant activate it until i load the nic drivers,  any ideas short of formatting and reinstalling as I dont want to have reinstall all the programs back on the pc

You can activate over the telephone by selecting other activation options and then following the prompts
