Yes we have all seen the User Guide I would agree with original post there just isn't anything out there. Also I have contacted Tech support for another issue since upgrading and still I am waiting on their second reply. Are will to assume that we would configure 7 like 6???

I agreed totally. There has been very minimal information about GroupShield on the Internet as well. Seem like McAfee is not really keen or interested with this product of theirs.

I run McAfee Groupshield 7 on my Exchange 2003 server. I have had a hard time finding good documentation on recommended configuration settings for the Groupshield application. I have talked with tech support, and the &quot;Best Practices&quot; document they pointed me to provides minimal help compared to the system documentation, which only shows where the options are located in the software- versus, what implications the options have.<br />

I want to make sure I'm getting the best out of the software. I've done several Google searches and don't get much besides the McAfee presales pages from their website.<br />

Anti-virus software was originally developed to detect and remove computer viruses.
