Hi,
in our company we use  Windows XP Embedded systems.
We've to know if XPe is vulnerable to MS08-067 but we cannot find any reference to Windows XP Embedded.
Thank a lot.

This all depends on your setup..  Since XPe can use a no-write feature and is what we consider a Componentized OS, and can be booted from static sources, I would not think that it would have the potential to be compromised...  Also, the vulnerability lies mostly with Public facing systems, although it is one that MS has gone to the trouble to call up businesses using the OS ..   (I got a personal call from MS explaining the vulnerability, which was a surprise!)

So, I guess we need to know how you are using this OS?
