TS remote control for specific user groups

I have a shared Win 2k3 TS with a number of customers hosted on it.

All the customers have their own OU and security group in AD

I'd like for a Manager within a company to be able to remote control their users sessions, without exposing other customers sessions, or other TS within the domain

The quick and easy method would be to set the user sessions to prompt for remote control. This way, you inform the TS user to only accept remote control from users they recognize.

This can be set across your entire TS2k3.

Unfortunately, there are no other methods....Plus the users would have to ecome a server admin and you do not want that...see this article http://windowsitpro.com/article/articleid/15039/how-can-i-remote-control-another-terminal-server-session-in-windows-2000.html
