Excel macro // Convert xls to UTF-8 xml file
Pls. find the Excel sheet attached (including a small conversion macro).
I modified the output xml header to be UTF-8, but it's not going to be PHYSICALLY UTF-8.
The question is on how to modify the script so that the output will WRITE UTF-8 to the xml???
