Mac MAil configuration with Exchange Server

hi
i need to configure mac mail client to make available exchange mails offline problem right now is basically one of my user has to fetch all the mail  each time he try synchroinize

I would suggest switching your user from Mac Mail to Entourage, which works better with Exchange. If your user has MS Office for Mac installed, he will have a copy of Entourage. Otherwise, licences for Entourage are included with SBS Server similar to those for Outlook.
