Hyper-V Pauses-Critical every 30 seconds

Hello
I have a brand new install of Hyper-V installed on Win Server 2008 Standard.

I performed a restore to move from Virtual Server 2005 to Hyper-V as I was having trouble just moving the settings and vhd files over..

Now, whenever I start, or do anything on the Hyper-V guest OS, it ALWAYS pauses.. Usually at about 30 second intervals.

I have looked it up and everything says something about disk space, but I have plenty of it!
My settings for the vhd are Dynamically expand. Now the file size is 2GB, set at a max to expand at 60GB. I have about 350GB free space on the actual host drive! So It cannot be a disk space issue.. I have also tried disabling the Save sys state (if i did it right) and adjusting the RAM for the guest from 2048MB to 1024MB.. I have 12GB available on the host.

Please help as it hosts my A/V server!

Did you go through steps to move the Virtual Server Guests to make them Hyper-V Guests?

http://www.groovypost.com/howto/microsoft/windows-server/migrate-microsoft-virtual-server-2005-r2-vm-to-windows-server-2008-hyper-v/

Also, You are running 64-bit 2008?

Did you restore with Backexec 12.5? Did you have the following support for Hyper-V?

Yes it was BEWS 12.5.
Wouldnt the issue be on the console itself?

I just found a help file in Hyper-V console that stated:
A virtual machine pauses automatically.

Solution: Create additional space on the drive by deleting unused data. For example, if you do not need to keep some of the snapshots, you can delete the snapshots individually, or to delete all of the snapshots, export the virtual machine and then import the virtual machine.

Specifically the last sentence. I did that and my VM is still going for 10 min now, longer that usual.. But I want to ensure it doesnt happen again because The first day I had it up and it worked fine.. This is the 5th day now when problems are arising

Hmm.. Quota Entries may have been the problem..

I was denying the Admin disk space after reaching the quota limit.. Standby
