Our BES is running Blackberry Manager v. 4.1.4.28 and we use GroupWise.  I have a user who is synced, fine and now want's to back up his Contacts.  Is it possible to somehow pull these into GroupWise?  He didn't have a GroupWise Address Book set to sync with his Blackberry and when we try to do it locally, Blackberry Desktop Manager won't restore the Address Book.

Thanks in advance.

On the blackberry, go to messages.  Click the menu key and go to option.  Set Wireless Sync to "No".  You should now be able to restore the contacts through Desktop Manager.  When done, re-enable the wireless sync.
