upon  boot  i get this error message after i log in

Code 0XC004E002

The software licensing service reported that the licence store contains inconsistent data

and i cant login or do nothing , i am able to boot in safe mode

boot in safe mode and do a system restore using a previous restore point. It worked for some...

I cannot be sure... file corruption, software update running bad...
