Is there way to clear just one password in IE without resetting them all?

I need to clear one password on a machine because it is using the wrong account to login to our local intranet on IIS.  Any way to do this without disrupting all of the users passwords?

Go to Control Panel > User accounts.

Advanced tab

Manage passwords
